New Construction Asphalt Paving at a Warminster, PA Business Campus

New construction asphalt paving was part of the development at 1547 Campus Drive in Warminster, PA. Associated Paving Contractors, Inc. (APCON) handled the new paving for this business campus, including asphalt drive and circulation areas around the commercial buildings.

Our work here was new construction paving, not repair or resurfacing of pavement already in service. The asphalt was installed for a developing commercial property, providing new paved surfaces throughout the areas completed at the campus.

New Asphalt Paving for a Developing Business Campus

At 1547 Campus Drive, our paving extends around the commercial buildings and through broad internal travel areas. Some of the soil and landscaping work alongside the pavement was still unfinished when the site was documented.

The new asphalt was already in place in the areas we had paved. This was not an established parking lot receiving repairs or a new overlay. It was new paving for a commercial site under development.

Resurfacing begins with pavement that is already in service.

At this business campus, the asphalt was installed as part of the new construction.

The work centered on creating paved areas throughout the developing site. With multiple buildings and internal drive areas across the property, the asphalt became part of the campus layout while construction continued around it.

Paving the Campus Drive and Circulation Areas

The new asphalt runs through multiple parts of the property instead of being confined to one isolated paved area. It extends around building areas, through internal drive sections, and alongside curved perimeter areas and landscaped islands.

Those changes in the site layout carry the pavement through different sections of the campus. Broad paved areas connect the spaces around the buildings with other internal portions of the property, creating asphalt driving and circulation surfaces throughout the site.

Other parts of the property were not yet fully finished at the same point.

New asphalt was in place while unfinished soil, landscaping areas, and other signs of ongoing site development remained around portions of the campus. The paving was one completed part of the larger commercial development taking shape at 1547 Campus Drive.
